>Optimizing the upstream process in the lab bioreactors for the production of monoclonal antibodies using mammalian cells.
>Scaling up the process at the pilot and production scale and trouble shooting for the processes in the manufacturing plant

    my self Leena I had done my M.Sc degree in biotechnology in the year 2008 from kurukshetra university, now I am doing M.Phil and it is about to complete in june my theory papers are already occured in 1st semester...now project (dissertation ) is going on....sir I am intrested in doing job in industry line,i had also done trainig in Dr.lal path labs during M.Sc under the supervision of Dr.manjeet kaur at genetics deptt. at 8 west avenue road punjabi bagh delhi.sir i am a fresher but i have dedication toward my work and want to learn and I never repeat any mistake if a mistake by chance occur....my email id is leena_seasotiya@yahoo.co.in

I worked as research scholar at Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow. in pharmacology div in a drug discovery programme of herbal plant extract microbial extract for dementia Alzheimer and Parkinson Diseases with Dr.. C. Nath (scientist G).
    . Further as a part of my master’s degree, I have done my summer training and final project training at Industrial Toxicology Research Centre, Lucknow with Dr. Vinay K. Khanna, (Scientist EII)
    The project includes hands on training on the receptor binding assays and behavioral parameters in an attempt to utilize these techniques appropriately in drug development and in assessing neurotoxicity of environmental chemicals.
