Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) Position in DBT Sponsored Project
Applications are invited for posts of Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) to work on research projects funded by Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. The posts are purely temporary and coterminous with the project. The candidates would be encouraged to carry out work for his/her Ph.D.
Candidates should have the following qualifications: M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology with minimum 55% marks and age not exceeding 28 years. A relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit will be given to SC/ST/female candidates. NET/GATE qualified candidates will be preferred.
Desirable: Candidates with experience of research in the area of the project or related field will be preferred.
Fellowship: Rs 12,000 p.m. + 10% HRA for the first two years and Rs 14,000 p.m. + 10% HRA for the third year.
