A walk-in-interview will be conducted for appointment to the post of a Junior Research Fellow in the DST assisted research project entitled, “Taxonomic and molecular studies on the Family Lamiaceae Juss. in Southern Western Ghats” under Dr. Sunojkumar. P, Assistant Professor, Department of Botany, University of Calicut at 10 AM on 19-09-2012 at PVC's Chamber. The Junior Research Fellowship will be terminated as and when the project is completed or his/her conduct/work is found unsatisfactory, whichever is earlier. Details of qualification are given below:

2. Educational Qualification : M.Sc in Botany/Plant Science/Applied Plant
Science
3. Desirable Qualification : Field travel experience, Botanical illustration
making experience and basic computer knowledge
4. Age : 30 years
5. Duration : 3 years
6. Salary : Rs.12,000/- p.m. + Rs.250 HRA

At the time of interview candidates should bring all their original certificates,
works/research papers, CDs (if any), etc.
