Eligible and interested Indian citizens residing in Uttar Pradesh are invited for the purely temporary position in the following CST-UP sponsored project tenable at Department of Biosciences (Biotechnology), Integral University, Lucknow.
Project Title: Biochemical and cellular Responses Within Macrophages Following Administration of β-Glucan Microparticles Containing Anti-TB Drugs
Principal Investigator: Dr. Rolee Sharma
No. of Position: One Research Assistant
Essential Qualification: 1st Class B.Sc., 1st Class M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry
Desirable Qualification: Experience in Microbial culture, cell-line handling, formulation development
Stipend: Rs. 16,000/-pm consolidated for first two years: Rs. 18,000/-pm for IIIrd year.
Date & Venue of Interview: Nov 7, 2012, 10.00 am at Department of Biosciences (Biotechnology), Main Block, Integral University, Reporting time is 9.00 am.
Terms and conditions:
1. Upper age limit not exceeding 28 years for Research Assistant as on the April 01, 2012.
2. Before the interview the candidate should submit a resume with full particulars i.e. qualifications experiences, NOC from last employer (if employed), publications etc. along with originals as well as attested copies of certificate of all passed examinations starting from matriculations, date of birth, caste certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC) and experience certificate etc. Tentative mark sheets/certificate etc. will not be considered.

5. The decision of the selection committee will be final. Mere fulfilling the essential
qualifications does not entitle selection of any candidate for the position.
6. The duration of the project is for three years and the positions are purely temporary and renewable on yearly basis on performance till the termination of the project. Further, the above stipend is tentative and the same will be finally decided based on the emoluments in the sponsored project.
7. Candidate who strictly fulfill the eligibility and possess the degree/marksheet in the aforesaid subjects only should turn up for walk-in- interview to avoid any inconvenience.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible.
