Advertisement for Admission to Ph.D Program
Applications are invited for admission to PhD programme 2014 at the Department of Physiology, University of Calcutta from the eligible candidates. Candidates are required to apply in the prescribed format (available in University of Calcutta website). The duly filled in application form along with receipt of challan indicating deposition of Rupees 100 (one hundred only towards admission test and interview fee) in University of Calcutta cash counter of UCSTA, Rashbehari campus (Rajabazar Science College) to be submitted to the office of Head Department of Physiology, CU within September 24, 2014. The candidates will be required to appear in admission test as detailed below. The syllabus of the test will be available in the University of Calcutta website. Candidates with NET/NET-LS/GATE or equivalent qualification will be exempted from appearing in the written test however they have to submit application to The Head of the Department. All the candidates desirous of enrolling in the subsequent PhD course work are required to appear in the interview.
