National Conference on Human Diversity: Biological Anthropological Approaches

Aims:
1. To encourage and provide the young researchers of different institutions an opportunity to exchange ideas with fellow researchers.
2. To provide an opportunity for a cross-section of Biological Anthropologists to be able to take note of the contemporary research activities of their discipline.
Abstract Submission The abstract not exceeding 300 words mentioning Title, Author(s) name, and their affiliation should reach the Seminar Committee by post or e-mail [rsubrata@isical.ac.in, pbharati@gmail.com, baidya.isi@gmail.com].
Each abstract should have institutional affiliation (s), address (es) and mobile no. (s) of the author(s). The name of the presenting author should be in bold face. Abstract should be typed in ‘Times New Roman’ with font size 12 and line spacing of 1.5.
Participants are requested to send the filled in Registration Form along with the abstract within February 28, 2015.
Important Dates
Last date for submission of abstract: January 31, 2015. [Each submitted abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee (Abstract Appraisal Committee) and information on acceptance of the abstract will be communicated by 10th February, 2015]
Last date for registration: February 28, 2015.
Last date for submission of full paper: March 20, 2015.
Registration fees : Students/Research Scholars : Rs. 500/- Others : Rs. 1000/- Travel Allowance: Travel fund is limited.
Participants are requested to approach their respective host organization for fund.
Limited number of participants will be provided Chair Car / AC-III tier train fare at the shortest route on production of documents subject to availability of funds. Local Hospitality Accommodation will be provided to outstation participants depending on the availability of Guesthouse / Hostels at ISI during 25th to 28th March, 2015.
Allocation will be made on the first come first serve basis.
