WALK IN INTERVIEW will be held on 28/07/2015 for One Post of Project at 11.00 AM at this Directorate for Research Associate (RA) under the scheme “Biological control based integrated Parthenium management for saving environment, health and biodiversity in North-East region” from DBT Project. So far this post is sanctioned for a period of 3 years.
Essential qualification - Ph.D. in Agri. Entomology/Zoology or having 3 years research experience after M.Sc. with at least one published/accepted research publication in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal. The applicant should have expertise in insect rearing techniques & identification.
Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis can also apply. Please clearly state the date of award of degree, or date of submission of thesis if viva is awaited.
Emoluments - Rs. 36,000/-, 38,000/- and 40,000/- per month + @ 20% HRA in I, II & III level depending upon the qualification & experience and will be decided by the Selection committee. Initial appointment will be for a period of one year, which can be extended based on a performance review. The post is co-terminus with the project, which ends in 2018.
