Qualifications & Experience
PA : Graduate in any discipline having hands-on training/ skill in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Plant Tissue Culture wet laboratory. Candidates must have basic knowledge of computers.
JRF: Throughout First Class- B.Tech/ M.Sc./M.Tech /M.E. in Agriculture/ Biochemistry/ Bioprocess Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Botany/ Environmental Science/ Food Technology/ Genetic Engineering/ Genetics/ Microbiology/ Molecular Biology. Qualifying degree (B.Tech/ M.Sc/ M.Tech/M.E) certificate should be produced during the interview. The candidate should have B.Tech (CGPA ? 8) or M.Sc. (? 60%) with valid GATE score ? 450; M.Tech without GATE, CGPA ? 8 (80%); M.E. without GATE, CGPA ? 8 (80%). Candidates having practical knowledge on handling microbial culture and Molecular Biology techniques will get preference.
SRF : Same as JRF with two years research experience.
