Walk in Interview for the temporary positions of RA, SRF and JRF
Applications are invited for four (04) temporary positions, (one position of RA and two positions of SRF and one position of JRF) under the following ICAR/DBT funded research projects at NIHSAD, Bhopal. Eligible candidates fulfilling the following requirements may send their applications by e-mail (techcell@hsadl.nic.in) followed by post in the prescribed proforma latest by 25 August, 2015.
PROJECT 1: “Outreach Programme on zoonotic diseases”.
1 Name of Post SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (SRF)
2 No of Post 1 (One)
3 Duration Initially for a period of one year and extendable on the basis of the requirement of the project.
4 Qualifications Essential degree: 1. Master of Veterinary Sciences in Veterinary Public Health/Veterinary Microbiology/Veterinary Pathology/Veterinary Virology/Veterinary medicine with 4 year/ 5 year of Bachelor’s degree. 2. Sound knowledge and experience in animal experimentation.
Desirable: 3. Field exposure and willing to travel extensively for collection of data and samples.
5 Emolument Rs.25,000+20%HRA for Ist and IInd year and Rs.28,000+20%HRA for IIIrd year based on review of performance.
6 Age Limit 35 years for men and 40 years for women.
PROJECT 2: National Fellow Project on ‘Development and evaluation of neuraminidase DIVA marker vaccines against highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza viruses in chickens’.

3 Duration Up to 31.03.2016 (end of project)
4 Qualifications Essential degree: Ph.D. in Biotechnology/Virology/Immunology or Master’s degree in Biotechnology/Virology/Immunology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1 st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associateship/Training/other engagements.
5 Emolument Rs. 36,000 to Rs.40000+20% HRA depending upon qualification/experience.
6 Age Limit 40 years for men and 45 years for women.
PROJECT 3: “CDDL Program on avian influenza”

4 Qualifications Essential degree: Master of Veterinary Science (Microbiology/Bacteriology/Virology/Immunology)/ Animal Biotechnology/Veterinary Pathology/Veterinary Public Health with 4 year/ 5 year of Bachelor’s degree.
Desirable: Field exposure and willing to travel extensively for collection of data and samples.

PROJECT 4: “DBT-NER Center for Advanced Animal Diagnostics and Services on Animal Health and Diseases (ADSAHD)”.

3 Duration Up to 31.03.2019 (or completion of project)
4 Qualifications Essential degree: M.V.Sc./M.Sc. (Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/ Genetics / Life Sciences)
Desirable: Knowledge and experience in qPCR and other molecular biology techniques.
5 Emolument Rs.25,000+20%HRA (Ist and IInd year) for Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in professional course. If not, the emoluments will be Rs. 12000+20%HRA. (The emoluments will be revised after 2 years as per the DBT terms and conditions)
6 Age Limit 30 years for men and 35 years for women (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt.rules) Interview Schedule: Walk-in-Interview will be held at NIHSAD, Kokta Road, Anand Nagar, Bhopal - 462022 (Tel: 0755-2750647) tentatively in Ist week of September, 2015. Exact schedule will be notified / displayed on Institute website. The candidates should be present at the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Bio-data (Two sets) in prescribed proforma along with the original certificates/documents including N.O.C from his/her employer should be presented at the time of interview.
