Job Code Project Name, Number of Posts, Eligibility & Consolidated Salary    Biosciences and Bioengineering P(07-1) Delineating the assembly dynamics of Mycobacterium smegmatis FtsZ and its regulation by WhmD  SRF: (1 Post)  Eligibility : Possessing (i) M.Sc./BE/B. Tech/BVSc./B.Pharm or equivalent and at least 2 years of post-M.Sc./BE/B. Tech/BVSc./B.Pharm, research experience as evidence from published papers in standard refereed journals  (ii) ME/M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Engg./Techn.with 2 years research experience  (iii) MBBS or BDS with 1 year internship/M.V.Sc./M.Pharma or equivalent and 2 years research experience. Age limit maximum 32 years.  Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.14000/- p.m. Job Profile : Research on understanding the assembly dynamics of Mycobacterium smegmatis FtsZ and its regulation by WhmD.    Chemistry P(07-2) Deciphering the role of noise in Mammalian cell cycle regulation under the influence of signaling pathways  JRF: (1 Post) Eligibility : Post Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in Professional Courses with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course. Physical Chemistry background in M.Sc is preferred. Inclinations towards mathematics and computational programming are desirable. Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.25000/- p.m. RA: (1 Post) Eligibility : Ph.D/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and developement experience after MVSc/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. Physical Chemistry background is desirable but not necessary. Physics or Bio-background candidates interested in mathematics and computational programming are also encouraged to apply. Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.36000/- p.m. The positions are temporary initially for a period of one year and tenable only for the duration of project.
