Qualification Master's Degree in
Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology
with 4 / 5 years of Bachelor's degree.
Candidates having PG in
Basic science with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's
degree should have NET qualification as mentioned in the OM
SR/S9/Z-09/2012 of DST dated 21.10.2014.
Age 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on the date of
advertisement (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC & PH as per rules)
Emoluments Rs.28,000/-per month (consolidated) along with HRA as
admissible
Date Time & Venue 26.12.2015 at 10.00AM at Institute Auditorium, I.V.R.I.
Campus, Hebbal, Bengaluru.
Desirous applicants may appear for a walk-in-interview on the aforesaid date, time & venue
along with a typed written application (visit our Institute website for the application format),
with latest passport size photograph & all original certificates together with their attested
photocopies. No separate call letter for interview shall be issued. The position is purely
temporary on contractual basis & co-terminus with the project i.e. upto end of March, 2017.
The Institute will not be held responsible to give regular appointment during operation or
after expiry of the project. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview. If
needed, there may be a practical test also, hence candidates should be prepared for staying
upto the evening. The number of vacancy indicated may change as per the requirement.
