WALK-IN-INTERVIEW The Division of Genetics wishes to recruit 2 (two) Senior Research Fellows (SRF) under the National Agricultural Science Fund (NASF) - sponsored project on “Understanding cellular and genetic mechanisms and identification of markers for seed viability in soybean”. 

The Walk-in-interview will be held on 30-12-2015 at 10.00 AM in the Division of Genetics, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi-12. 

Senior Research Fellow (SRF) 2 (two) 

Rs. 25000/ + 30% HRA per month for 1st and 2nd year, and Rs.28,000/ + 30% HRA per month for 3rd year as per ICAR order F.No. Edn. /6/27/2014/HRD Dated 13-07-15 and F.No. Agri. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD Dated 09-10-15) 

Essential: Master’s degree in Genetics/Plant Breeding/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/ Plant Biochemistry/ Seed Sc. & Technology with 4 years bachelor’s degree. Those with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or equivalent/ Ph.D. in any of the above disciplines or Integrated (B. Tech. + M. Tech., 5Years) in relevant subject. Desirable qualifications: Experience of molecular marker technology, enzyme analysis, biochemical techniques, knowledge of computer operation, data analysis using software, etc.
