Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Project Assistant-level II to work in the Department of Science and TechnologyNanomission (DST) sponsored research project at the Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, School of Physics, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli - 620 024.
Title of the Project: “III-Nitride semiconductor core-shell nanowires for next generation photovoltaic applications”
Designation : JRF
Duration : 36 months
Fellowship : Rs. 25,000+HRA/-
Qualifications : First class in M.Sc Physics/Applied Physics/Materials Science/ M.Sc or M. Tech in Nanotechnology (Candidates with CSIR-NET/GATE are preferred)
Designation : Project Assistant Level – II
Duration : 36 months
Fellowship : Rs. 8,000/-
Consolidated Qualifications: First class in M.Sc Physics/Applied Physics/Materials Science/ Nanotechnology
