High-Throughput Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) has become integral part of modern biological research. A number of open source applications are available to the researchers to analyze such vast amount of data. Use of appropriate pipeline and parameters therein is the key to success.

This three and half days workshop would provide the participants a hands-on experience in:

• Advanced data analysis methodologies.
• Latest analytical approaches in the area of Next Generation Sequencing(NGS).
• Visualization techniques for high throughput NGS data.

Topics Covered:

• Genome/Exome Sequence Analysis.
• Transcriptome Analysis (RNA seq/sRNA seq).
• Metagenomics (Bacterial Community Analysis).

Highlights:

     Preconfigured laptop will be provided for practical session.
