• Use of Tools IN NGS ANALYSIS

• Comparative Genome Analyses

AIM OF WORKSHOP

The aim of workshop is to familiarize the participants with the advances in plant genomics and genome sequencing Technologies, along with hands on sessions regarding bioinformatics applications in the area of comparative plant genome analyses and full genome visualization.

PLAN OF WORKSHOP

Both days will involve Lectures & hands on training sessions in bioinformatics of genome analyses
