(C) Qualifications: Essential:
With Ph.D. Degree: Ph.D. in any discipline of Veterinary Science or Ph.D. in Museology (Art History / Conservation / Anthropology).
With M.V.Sc. Degree: M.V.Sc. in any discipline of Veterinary Science or M.A. in Museology (Art History / Conservation / Anthropology) with First Division or 60 per cent marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associate ship/Training/other engagements.
Desirable: Working knowledge of preparing displays, writing veterinary history and computer application (Web-searching, MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
For masters qualification NET qualifications and three years research, teaching design and development experience with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal is desired.
(D) Emoluments: Rs.38, 000/= P.M. + 20% HRA as per ICAR/Central Government norms
(E) Age Limit: 40 years for men and 45 years for women
(F) Duration/Period of the Project: Up to 1st November, 2017 (Co-terminous with termination of Scientist Emeritus Project)
