Walk-in-interview for Project JRF Position at Regional Centre for Biotechnology

Title of Project: Pathophysiology of thrombocytopenia in dengue infection.

Duration: Initially for 1 year, may be extended on annual evaluation till the duration of the project.

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. or any other equivalent course in Biotechnology with at least 60% marks.

Preferable Qualifications: GATE, NET or any national level JRF eligibility test qualified.

Desirable: Prior experience in hematology, microbiology and molecular biology techniques including qPCR, gene sequencing, western blot and flow cytometry.

Principal investigator:Dr. Prasenjit Guchhait, Associate Professor.

Fellowship: Rs 16000 + 30% HRA per month for 1st& 2nd year, and 18000 + 30% HRA for 3 rd year according to DST guidelines.
