Applications are invited for the post of a Project Fellow for the DST-SERB (Govt. of India) sponsored research project titled "Studies on the role of phospholipase D-phosphatidyl inositol 3 kinase-protein kinase C (PLD-PI3K-PKC) signalling axis in stimulating NADPH oxidase activity by thromboxane A2 receptor agonist U46619 in pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells" under Prof. Sajal Chakraborti (PI) (E.mail: s_chakraborti@hotmail.com) and Prof. Tapati Chakraborti (Co-PI), Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics, University of Kalyani, Kalyani 741235, West Bengal.
Essential Qualification for the Project Fellow: MSc in Biochemistry/Biophysics/Microbiology with atleast 60% marks in aggregate.
Salary: Rs 14,000/- plus HRA (as per the University norm).
Desirable qualification: Knowledge of handling different laboratory equipments and purification techniques.
