Duration of the Project: Two years from the date of appointment, based on quarterly evaluation of performance; the positions may be extendable for an additional year.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Junior Research Fellow: Fresh M. Tech or M.Sc.* in Life science, Biophysics or allied areas with greater than 60% marks with laboratory research experience required. Qualified NET candidates and/or prior research experience in Cancer Imaging / Nanotechnology applications along with hands on experience in molecular biology, mammalian cell culture, mouse experiments will be preferred. Person should have good interpersonal skills and adaptability to work in a multi-institutional team environment.
Lab Technician: B.Sc. or higher degree with proven technical and organizational skills to perform various animal procedures is required. Preferences will be given to those with both animal imaging and animal cell culture laboratory experience. Person should have good interpersonal skills and adaptability to work in a multi-institutional team environment.
*M.Sc. degree obtained after a one year course will not be considered.
Selected candidate will have to join at the earliest.

The interviews would be held on 06-04-2016 and only pre-registered candidates will be eligible to appear for interview. Candidates should report between 09.30 to 10.00 a.m. in Steno Pool, 3rd floor, Khanolkar Shodhika, ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
At the time of Interview the candidate should bring originals along with covering letter with statement of purpose and CV with contact details of 2 referees and submit the photocopies (attested) of the certificates, with a recent passport size photograph.
