(A) Name/Title of the Project: Emeritus Scientist Project entitled “Development and validation of Peptide and Peptide Nucleic Acid activated nano materials as reagents for detection / quantification of viruses to have affordable rapid visual tests”

(B) Position/ Number of Post to be filled: Research Associate, No- 01

(C) Qualifications: Essential: PhD in the disciplines of Animal Biotechnology, Animal Biochemistry, Veterinary Microbiology and Immunology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology and related.

Desirable: Experience of Molecular biology, Immunological techniques, working experience of handling viruses, cell lines and laboratory animals supported by publications in reputed journals.

(D) Emoluments: Rs.38, 000/= P.M. + 20% HRA as per ICAR/Central Government norms

(E) Age Limit: 40 years for men and 45 years for women

(F) Duration/Period of the Project: Up to 12 th October, 2017 (Co-terminus with termination of Scientist Emeritus Project)
