Three Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) are available in the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding in the DBT/BARC funded projects purely on temporary basis. The details along with interview date and venue are as under:
1. Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in DBT funded project “Marker assisted pyramiding of APR and seedling resistance genes for durable rust resistance in wheat (Triticum aestivum L)”. P.I.: Dr. J.P. Jaiswal 1 (Unreserved)

Essential: M.Sc.(Ag) Genetics & Plant Breeding/M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Genetics/ Botany with specialization in Genetics & Plant Breeding with 4 years bachelor’s degree. Those with 3 years bachelor’s degree NET certificate is essential.
Desirable: Working knowledge on molecular markers. 6 th June 2016.
