Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous Institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from candidates for institutional/extra mural project.
1. Name of the position: Lab Technician (01 No.)
Essential Qualification:
(a) B.Sc. with DMLT/B.Sc. (Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)
(b) Working experience in any Research Laboratory will be given preference.
2. Name of position: Lab Attendant (01 No)
Essential Qualification: (a) Intermediate with any stream a) Selection will be done after scrutiny and followed by interview/skill test.
(b) Selected candidates will be hired through the Institute’s manpower outsourcing agency for Semi Skilled/Skilled Category manpower and will be paid as per the minimum wages rules laid down by Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India.

i. Last date for receiving application : 23.05.2016
ii. Display of short listed candidate at ILS website : 25.05.2016
iii. Date of Interview/skill test : 27.05.2016 at 9.30 AM (Laboratory Technician) : 27.05.2016 at 2.30 PM (Laboratory Attendant)

No interview call letter will be issued separately. List of candidates selected for interview/skill test will be displayed on Main Gate/Notice Board/Institute website-www.ils.res.in. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview/skill test.
