A Project Assistant post for project “Modeling immune response to Salmonella during typhoid” funded by “Department of Science and Technology” is now open.
The post is for 2 years duration. Since the project is in collaboration with Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, selected candidate will be expected to work at both BITS-Pilani, Pilani and IISc, Bangalore.
The candidate will perform mice experiments for Salmonella pathogenesis and generate data for modeling immune response to Salmonella.
The candidate is expected to join on 10th August, 2016. Other details are as follows:
Eligibility Criteria and Stipend Qualification: M Sc. (Microbiology, Zoology) / M. tech. / equivalent degree Candidates with hands-on experience in cell-culture, mice & micro-organism (pathogen) handling, will be given precedence.
Monthly Stipend: Rs. 16000/- pm consolidated.
