TA-7 UR- OH (Backlog) BSTD: Medicinal Aromatic and Economic Plant 1 (one) post
1st class B. Sc. in Botany with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in isolation and identification of Bacteria and Fungi, growing microbial culture, bio-essay technique etc. from a recognized institute/ organization. M.Sc. in Botany / Life Science with Mycology/ Plant pathology /Microbiology specialization
Experience of working from a recognized institute/ organization in isolation and identification of Bacteria and Fungi, growing microbial culture, bio-essay technique etc. The new incumbent will be engaged in isolation and identification of Bacteria and Fungi, growing microbial culture, bioessay technique etc. He/She will assist in the ongoing research projects/testing and evaluation works of the institute.
II. Senior Technical Officer(1): No. of Posts: 01 + 01(Backlog), Pay Band 3, Rs 15600-39100 & Grade Pay: Rs 5400 Upper Age Limit: 35 Years as on 16.08.2016
STO-01 UR CSTD: Natural Products Chemistry 1 (one) post
B.V.Sc. & AH with 55 % marks from a recognised university/institute along with registration with VCI M.V.Sc. with specialization in Pharmacology & Toxicology, Microbiology, Animal Biotechnology, Animal Genetics & Breeding, Livestock Production and Management.
Experience of working/training/ teaching in recognized institute/organization in Laboratory Animal Management, Animal House maintenance. The new incumbent will be engaged in maintaining Animal Houses for handling of non primate animal models (Rat, Mice, Guinea Pig, Fish, etc) for in vivo preclinical studies for development of pharmaceuticals. He/She will assist in the ongoing research projects/ testing and evaluation works of the institute.
III. Scientist: No. of Posts:18 + 1(Backlog PWD), Pay Band-3, Rs 15600-39100 & Grade Pay: Rs 6600 Upper Age Limit: 32 Years as on16.08.2016
SCT-2 OBC BSTD: Biotechnology 1 (one) post
Ph.D. (awarded / thesis submitted) in Biotechnology (Environmental biotechnology) First Class M.Sc./M.Tech. in Biotechnology with 2 years’ Post Doctoral Research/Industry experience in environmental biotechnology, bioremediation from a recognized institute/organization.
SCT-3 UR BSTD: Biotechnology 1 (one) post Ph.D. (awarded / thesis submitted) in Biochemistry/ Life Sciences(Proteomics / Enzymology) First Class M.Sc./M.Tech. in Biochemistry/ Life Sciences with 2 years’ Post Doctoral Research/Industry experience in Proteomics / Enzymology from a recognized institute/organization.
