Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up of the following post on contract basis for project entitled “Genetic, Epigenetic and Biochemical Profile of Lumbar disc Degeneration in Indian Population” – under Dr. Dhananjaya I Bhat, Additional Professor of Neurosurgery & Principal Investigator.

Educational Qualification - M.Sc. in Life Science – 1st Class Experience - 2 year of research experience in life science

Desirable Qualification - Experience in Genetics/Molecular Biology

Maximum Age Limit - 35 years (Age relaxation will be given for Exceptionally meritorious candidates)

Emoluments - Rs. 28,000/- + 30% HRA pm

Duration of employment - Two years

Initial appointment will be made for one year, Extendable for another one year subject to performance of the candidate)
