Brief Description about the Project:
- The project aims at developing a novel medical device for detecting cancer spread using multifunctional magnetic nanoparticles and ultrasensitive magnetic field sensors
Core Responsibilities:
- To develop and characterized multifunctional magnetic nanoparticles for cancer diagnosis & therapy
Key Skills:
- Experience with nanoparticle synthesis & surface modification
- Experience with nanoparticle characterization: TEM, SEM, UV-Visible spectroscopy, VSM/SQUID, XRD, FT-IR, BET, Zeta Potential
Specific Activities:
- Synthesis of magnetic nanoparticle probes
- Surface modification & characterization
- Probe evaluation through measurement, testing and analysis
