About the workshop:

The “National Level Advanced Hands-On Workshop on Real time PCR Techniques in Biomedical Research” offers a unique opportunity to the participants to learn the fundamental concepts of:

• Overview of Real Time PCR, qPCR assay design and optimization
• Relative and absolute quantification strategies & challenges of normalization in qPCR
• Statistics of qPCR gene expression data analysis
