For Position 1: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Environmental science (with PCM background)/B.Tech. or BE in Environmental Engineering with minimum 60% marks 

For Position 2: M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/B.Tech. or BE in Biochemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks Desirable experience/ Duties 

For Position 1: Knowledge and understanding of adsorption processes involved in water purification systems, synthesis of materials and their characterization 

For Position 2: Knowledge and understanding of microbial degradation of organic pollutants/ compounds, immobilization of microbes on the surface
