Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for a JRF position in the Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Science and Humanities, SRM University for a DBT funded project on ‘Virulence factors identification in fish disease [epizootic ulcerative syndrome (EUS)] causing fungus Aphanomyces invadans by transcriptome approach’.

Duration of the project: 3 years.

Eligibility: M.Sc./Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks.

Preference will be given to NET/GATE/DBT-BET qualified candidates and previous research experiences in handling fungus and its related research.

Fellowship: As per the DBT norms.
