- Research Associate one each in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics;
Qualification: Ph. D. in respective subjects; Physics – Specialization (a) solid state physics, and/or (b) semi-conductor physics, and/or (c) Quantum calculations / Density Functional Theory. Chemistry- Solid State Chemistry or Electrochemistry, General Physical Chemistry and/or Quantum Chemistry. Mathematics: Any sub-area of Mathematics. Biology: Experimental Molecular Biology.
Job Description: The RAs are expected to develop new experiments in their subjects for the teachers of High School to University. In addition, they should carry out research with coordinators in their respective subjects with the basic available in the TDC, IIScChallakere Campus.
Free accommodation at TDC IISc and Salary: Rs. 35000 pm upwards.
