Interview for JRF Selection

Applications are invited from interested candidates for appointment of two Junior Research Fellows (JRF) on a temporary basis for a DBT Project for the NE titled “Microbial roles in yield management of Scented Rice of north east India” under Prof. Ajay Krishna Saha, Principal Investigator, Department of Botany and Dr Shaon Ray Chaudhuri, Co-Investigator, Department of Microbiology for a period of three years/ tenure of the project which is earlier.

Qualification: M.Sc in Botany/Microbiology/Biotechnology with at least 55% marks.

The applicant must send a complete Bio-data (containing valid phone number) with self-attested copies of testimonials, certificates, mark sheets and a one page write up on why he/she wants to work on this project as a single email with attachments to aksaha.58@gmail.com and shaonraychaudhuri@tripurauniv.in within 3^rd January 2017. The shortlisted candidates would be informed through email by 7^th January 2017 to attend the interview during the 3^rd week of January 2017. No TA/DA shall be paid for this purpose.

Fellowship: 25,000/- + 10% HRA for NET/GATE qualified candidate for 1^st two years and 28,000/- + 10% HRA for 3^rd year otherwise, it shall be 12,000/- +10% HRA for 1^st two years and 14,000/- + 10% HRA for 3^rd year.
