Applications are invited for the following assignment in a purely time bound research project undertaken in the Department of Biotechnology of the University.
1. Name of the Temporary Post: Project Fellow (PF)/Project Associate (PA)– 01
2. Name of the Sponsoring Agency: DST-SERB
3. Project Title: “Development of multimeric, glycoprotein D – Igμ chain fusion, subunit vaccine against Herpes Simplex Virus2”
4. Tenure of the Assignment: 01 Year (extended on year basis subject to a total period of two years)
5. Job Description: To carry out the research work in the field of genetic engineering and or Bioinformatics.
6. Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship: PF: Rs.14,000/- per month + HRA
PA: Rs.25,000/- per month + HRA (For NET/JRF candidates)
7. Essential Qualifications and experience: M.Sc. Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Microbiology /Bioinformatics; >55% or equivalent CGPA in M.Sc.
8. Accommodation: Bachelor accommodation in the University may be provided subject to availability. If accommodation will be provided no HRA will be given to the fellow.
