Theoretical & Practical training in Cell culture practice – media preparation, Cell Culture, passaging, trypsinization, Viability, Cell Cycle; Primary Culture– toxicity, cancer research, experimentation designs, Cell Death, Cytotoxic and Proliferation Assays & MTT Assay; Microscopic analysis -Toxicity testing & Flow Cytometry- Cell Cycle analysis, ROS Assay and result interpretation.

Registration Fee: Participants are requested to register their names with necessary details in the given format along with a DD for Rs. 1000/-drawn in favour of ‘The Principal’ National College (Autonomous), payable at Tiruchirapalli.
