Applications are invited from Indian citizens for filling up of one post of Technical Officer B
in the Bioenergy Group - [Post Code: TOB-Bioenergy] (Un-reserved) in the PB-3 of
Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs.5400/-, TME at the minimum of basic- Rs.62,444/-.
Essential qualification: 1st class B.Sc. (Microbiology) with 10 years experience in research
or 1st class M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 3 years experience in the field of anaerobic
microbiology, microbial taxonomy and biomethanation.
Desirable: Ph.D. (Microbiology).
Experience & publication in the field of obligate anaerobes/methanogens/methane from
biomass or industrial waste, and/Next Generation Sequencing.
