WALK -IN-INTERVIEW

Position: One Junior Research or Senior Research fellow for the CSIR funded research project on purely temporary and contractual basis forone year Project title “Transcriptomic investigations of active gene networks in hyper accumulator plants species in response to heavy metal toxicity”. 

Principal Investigator: Dr. Pankaj Bhardwaj, Assistant Professor, Centre for Plant Sciences 

Project Duration 1 Years

Name of the post (s) Junior Research Fellow (With CSIR/UGC NET Qualified candidates) or Senior Research fellow (With two years of experience post M.Sc.) (Full time) 

Emoluments For JRF Rs.12,000/- per month (Fixed), For SRF Rs. 14000/- per month fixed. 

Tenure Initially for ONE year; extendable up to till the project ends (depends upon performance) 

Qualification

• M.Sc. in any branch of life sciences or related sciences with minimum of 60 % marks. 

Desirable

Thorough knowledge of modern molecular biology techniques and Insilco genome analysis. 

• For JRF NET/ GATE/ or equivalent qualification is a compulsory requirement for this project 

• For SRF two years of experience after M.Sc. is mandatory
