Essential Qualification & Experience : 1st Class B.Sc (Biochemistry / Zoology / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biomedical Science / Life Science) with One year full time Professional Qualification or one year experience in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/Organization.
Desirable : Experience in processing of Biological samples for Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Preparation of blocks, Sectioning of blocks by ultramicrotome, imaging, operation and maintenance of TEM.
Job requirement : To assist scientist for different ongoing activities related to TEM in the following areas -
(1) Evaluation of the minor details of cellular components under different conditions.
(2) Protein DNA interaction.
(3) Physical states of macromolecules and oligomerisations.
(4) Morphological analysis of Nano-particles.

Grade pay : 4,200/-
Total Emoluments : The total monthly emoluments at this level inclusive of all allowances would be approximately around Rs. 39,000/- (Pre-revised).
