Hands on skills on Real Time PCR and Data Analysis.

Agri Biotech Founation is conducting a two-day Hands on skills on Real Time PCR and Data Analysis.

The programme aims to acquaint the researchers to use this quantitative technology in research or education.

The workshop aims in 

1) How to design qPCR experiments; Set up own SYBR Green real-time PCR reactions;Gene expression quantification 

(2) How to obtain and interpret final data 

(3) How to troubleshoot data.  

This workshop will have hands-on sessions and hence will be limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
