bacterial protein involved in regulation of nickel transport.
The candidate is
expected to perform gene cloning and expression in suitable host to achieve pure
protein for biophysical characterization and structure determination by X-ray
crystallography.
Tenure of fellowship: three years, salary as per ICMR rules
Essential qualifications: Masters degree in life sciences or allied subject with UGCNET
qualification/ As per ICMR Rules
Desirable qualifications: Experience on cloning expression of bacterial genes/
purification & crystallization of proteins/biophysical studies
