Sequencing Data analysis
This course is designed for biologists who would like to get their hands
dirty in analyzing their data instead of turning their data to someone else.
Course consists of lectures with extensive hands-on practicals. Infrastructure
would be provided by institute. Participants can bring their own
laptops/notebooks, if they choose to be.
Participants are requested to make their own arrangements
for transportation and accommodation. However, institute will guide the
participants in securing the accommodation nearby places.
