Walk-In-Interview has been fixed as per schedule given below for engagement of JRF under the project entitled "Development of National Brucella Repository & Molecular Characterization of Brucella species of Diverse Origin". The engagement will be purely on temporary/contractual basis, co-terminus with with the project or in case of unsatisfactory performance, which ever is earlier. There will be no provision for absorption/re-employment in ICAR/ICAR-IVRI after termination of the time bound project. Duration/Period of the project: up to September, 2017
Essential: M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Public Health/ Biotechnology/ Bacteriology/
Immunology or allied discipline OR
M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Microbiology
or allied discipline (NET qualification essential for M.Sc. candidates)
Desirable: Working knowledge in bacteriological/molecular biology and
biotechnological techniques, nucleotide sequencing & analysis techniques,
computer application (Web-searching, MS-Word, Excel, Power point etc.).
Emoluments: Rs.25,000/= P.M. + HRA @ 20% for Ist & IInd year and Rs.28,000/=
P.M.+HRA @ 20% for IIIrd year.
Age limit: 35 years.
