Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one position of Junior Research Fellow
(JRF) for the ICMR funded research project entitled “Development of inhibitors to target
glyoxylate and methylcitrate cycles essential for persistence of Mycobacterium
tuberculosis”. The selected candidate may register for Ph.D.
Qualifications:
M. Sc./M. Tech. in Bioinformatics or in related area with at least 60% marks or equivalents.
Preference will be given to CSIR/UGC/NET JRF qualified candidates.
However, Non- NET qualified
candidates with expertise in molecular modelling and simulation may also be considered.
Job Description: Molecular modelling, and molecular dynamics and Monte-Carlo Simulation
Fellowship: Rs. 25,000.00 +HRA (10%) = Rs 27,500.00 per month
Duration of the project: Till March, 2018
