Dissertation Research Training Program

CSIR-CCMB accepts applications from candidates pursuing M.Sc / M.Pharm/ M.Tech/ B.Pharm/ B.Tech in any branch of Life science to undertake research training towards partial fulfillment of their degree. In addition to laboratory training, candidates will be exposed to scientific ethics, good laboratory practice and career opportunities in life sciences. At the end of the training, candidates are required to present their work to the scientific community at CCMB. Candidates can apply using the online application form. Along with the application, candidates have to upload an authorization letter issued by Head of the University / College / Institute. The Candidates having specific interest may contact respective CCMB scientist to seek their consent before applying. After submitting their application in the prescribed format available at the CCMB website, candidates will get a confirmation email. After the screening and selection process, successful candidates will be informed to make payment by demand draft drawn in favor of Director, CCMB, Hyderabad. Duration of project is either up to 6 months or more than 6 month (maximum up to one year). Rs. 20,000 will be charged for up to 6 month project and Rs. 40,000 for more than six month to one year project. Shared accommodation will be available with a charge of Rs. 500 per month. Canteen services will be available on all days except Sundays and public holidays.
