Applications are invited with complete CV, attested copies of certificates and email address for the following posts in the ICMR sponsored research project “Generation of pan-genome and core-genome of MDR Acinetobacter baumannii for in silico identification of novel drug and vaccine targets”.
1. Research Assistant – 1 (Salary: Rs. 31000/- p.m. consolidated)
Essential Qualifications:
1. PhD (Microbiology/Biotechnology)
2. NET qualified
Desirable Experience:
Candidate should have research experience in Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Vaccinology, Animal models.
2. Computer programmer – 1 ( Salary: Rs. 32000/- p.m. consolidated)
Essential Qualifications:
1. First class Master’s degree in Computer Science OR Information Technology OR related subject from a recognized University.
OR
2. First class BE/B. tech degree in Computer Science OR Information Technology OR related subject with 2 years relevant experience
Desirable Experience:
Demonstrable experience in all of the below:
a. PHP, MySQL and APACHE
b. AJAX, Javascript, JQuery and/or JQuery Mobile
c. Any MVC (preferable Cakephp, Codelgnitor and/or Zend)
d. HTML5 and CSS3
e. Open source CMS:Joomla, Wordpress
Candidate should :
a. Have good command on PHP, MySQL, Linux, APACHE, Javascript, XML, HTML
b. Have excellent concept in Core PHP
c. Have experience in any of the CMS like workpress, Joomla
f. Have experience in MVC (preferable Cakephp, Codelgnitor and/or Zend)
