Sub: Walk-in-interview for Two Senior Research Fellows:
A walk in interview for two posts of Senior Research Fellows will be held on 11-07-2017
at 10:00 AM at NIANP. The details of the project are given below:
Project 1: Outreach programme on “Monitoring of Drug Residues and Environmental Pollutants”:
PI – Dr. K.S. Prasad, Principal Scientist

3 Duration Upto 31st March, 2018 or till completion of the project (Likely to extend upto March, 2020)
4 Qualifications Essential: M.VSc/M.Sc in Animal Nutrition/Biochemistry/ Organic chemistry / Analytical chemistry with
60% marks with first division.
Desirable: Experience in handling sophisticated instruments like GC, HPLC, ICP especially in any
reputed laboratory for the analysis of pesticide residues / heavy metals.
5 Emoluments Rs. 25,000/- per month plus HRA for candidates having NET qualifications and Rs. 16,000/- per month
plus HRA for those who are not having NET qualifications.
Project 2: Consortia for Research Platform (CRP) – Biofortification of cereal crops:
PI – Dr. K.S. Prasad, Principal Scientist

3 Duration Upto 31st March, 2018 or till completion of the project (Likely to extend upto March, 2020)
4 Qualifications Essential: M.VSc/M.Sc in Animal Nutrition/Biochemistry/ Microbiology/Biotechnology with
60% marks with first division.
Desirable: Experience in handling animal experiments, chemical analysis and evidence of handling
sophisticated equipments like GC/HPLC/ICP.
5 Emoluments Rs. 25,000/- per month plus HRA for candidates having NET qualifications and Rs. 16,000/- per month
plus HRA for those who are not having NET qualifications.
