Project Assistant 

Qualification (Essential) : M.Sc. Biochemistry/Pharmacology/Biotechnology/ Microbiology Qualification (Desirable) : Ph.D in Biochemistry/Pharmacology/Biotechnology/ Microbiology 

Experience/Training/Skills (Essential) : One year experience in research 

Experience/Training/Skills (Desirable) : Experience in protein purification, analysis, immunochemical methods 

Job description : Immunization of hens, segregation of antivenom types purification, processing, stability studies and in vitro immunological activity evaluation, biochemical analysis and characterization. Standardize scale-up procedures, estimate yield and recovery; maintain records, batch to batch variability analysis and submit samples for animal experiments 

Monthly emoluments : Rs. 22,000/- (Consolidated) 

Age limit as on 30.06.2017 : 35 years 

No. of vacancies : Two 

Duration : Initially for a period of one year likely to be extended upto two years or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier
