JRF Position in DST-SERB Project
Applications are invited on a plain paper, along with
certified copies of testimonials for the temporary post of
Junior Research Fellow (one) for three years under the
project sanctioned by Science and Engineering
Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and
Technology (DST), Government of India, entitled ‘Effect
of selected pesticides on expression of human
ortholog neurodegenerative genes in Caenorhabditis
elegans’ to Dr Priyanka Gautam, Principal Investigator,
Department of Zoology, Faculty of Science on monthly
emoluments of Rs 25,000 p.m. for NET/GATE qualified
candidates and for non NET/GATE qualified candidates
as per DST norms.
Eligibility: First class M.Sc. degree in Life-Science,
Zoology or related area. NET/GATE candidates will be
preferred.
Interested candidates may send their applications by
post to PI latest by 11 September 2017 and appear for
an interview on 16 September 2017 at 11.30 am in the
Central Administrative Office, D.E.I. No TA/DA will be
paid for attending the Interview.
