Qualification
Ph.D. degree in discipline of Animal Breeding.
OR
Master’s degree in the discipline of Animal Breeding with 4 years / 5 years
of Bachelor's degree having 1st
Division (60% marks or equivalent OGPA), with
atleast two years of research experience as evidenced from fellowship /
Associateship / Trainings or other engagements as circulated vide F.No. 2-
9/2012-HRD dated 25.04.2014.
Desirable work
Experience
Experience on goat /data recording/ working under Field conditions with
computer skills etc.
Published research papers in scientific journals will be
desirable.
Emoluments Rs. 40,000.00/- PM plus HRA admissible as per ICAR guidelines (For
Ph.D. degree holders)
OR
Rs. 38,000.00/- PM plus HRA admissible as per ICAR guidelines (For Masters
degree holders)
Age limit Maximum 40 years for males and 45 years for females candidate as on
the date of advertisement. Relaxation for ST/SC/OBC as per rules.

Qualification
Master’s degree in the discipline of Animal Breeding/ Animal Husbandry/
Animal Genetics with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree.
OR
Candidates having post graduate degree in Animal Breeding/ Animal
Husbandry/ Animal Genetics with three years Bachelor’s Degree and
two years Master’s degree should have NET qualification as
mentioned in the OM F. No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD Dated 9th Oct. 2015

work Experience
Experience on goat /data recording/ working under Field conditions with
computer skills etc. Published research papers in scientific journals will be
desirable.
Emoluments Rs. 25,000/- per month for 1
st and 2nd year and Rs. 28,000.00 per month
for third year plus HRA as per ICAR guidelines
Age limit Maximum 35 years for male candidates and 40 years for female
candidates as on date of interview. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per
rules.
