Nanomedicine is the application of nanotechnology and biotechnology which promises increased possibilities in the field of medicine. Nanomedicine desires to deliver research and clinically reformative devices in the near future. National Conference on Nanotechnology in Medicine almost covers wide varieties of topic like nanosensors, nanodrug, nanoparticle, nanomaterials, nanobiotechnology, nanotoxicology and nanopharmaceutics.
Nanomedicine and its biomedical applications open an avenue in valuable research and clinical diagnostics devices. This area provides gateway for pharmaceutical industry like advanced drug delivery systems, new therapies, nanomaterials for imaging technology and targeted drug delivery. Another aspect and very active role of nanomedicine is to exploit the toxicity and impact of nanoscale materials to the environment to make them biocompatible.
