About the talk: The session will help social entrepreneurs to deep dive into lean and very lean methodology of building an enterprise. Questions like why are you doing, what you are doing? How to start the process at the idea stage? How do you create value for your customers? How to validate an idea and grow a lean startup. Additionally, the talk will highlight why should entrepreneurs use lean methodology, customer development model and innovation accounting.


Speaker: Anil has started & helped several companies to bring ideas to market. His primary experience has been in starting and running businesses in various technical fields. These areas include Computer Aided Design, Computer Networking and the Internet. He also spent key portions of his career managing the development and delivery of software applications. He has a deep understanding of technology, especially Internet and Video related technologies. He has received six patents (four more pending) in the areas of cross-platform video distribution - including Internet, Cable TV, Satellite, Disk Media etc. He is an innovator who has won several international innovation awards, and a seasoned professional who knows how to deliver. Additionally, he has been a full-time and part-time teacher at various colleges, including University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Bharati Vidyapeeth (India).
