University Kashmir Molecular Biology Project Walk IN

The interested and eligible candidates are invited for a walk-in-interview to be held on 06 November 2017 (Monday) at 11:30 AM sharp in the office of the Head, Department of Botany for filling a single position of ‘Project Fellow’ available under the DST sponsored project entitled “Integrated analysis of metabolome and transcriptome of genus Rheum to decipher the biosynthesis of key bio-active constituents of therapeutic significance”. 

The position with monthly stipend of Rs. 12,000 (consolidated) is purely co-terminus with the tenure of the project. The fellow is expected to take an active role in field trips for sample collections and short term visits to other labs within India for project related work (if and when required). 

The candidates should bring original copies of all the related documents to be furnished at the time of interview. 

The candidate should be M. Sc. in Botany with at least 55% marks. NET/SET would be desirable, but not necessary qualification and specialization in Molecular Biology shall be an edge.
